  3.  @michaelfowler2603  I don't know if its the reason why cops suspect everyone BUT its certainly part of why they have to treat everyone that way. It comes form this BS lawyers all believe in called the "adversarial method" as in the other side (who ever they are) is your enemy and this is combat and as such they are your adversary.
