When you DON'T have any facts or the truth then pound away on the table saying anything you can to confuse the jury (or judge or both).

The odd thing is that several legal commentators mentioned that in the past (before this garbage) she had a very good reputation. And all the comments like that were basically framed as "what TF happened." When comparing her to others who ruined their lives you can bet in future there'll be a YT "Top 10 People Who Ruined their Reputation/Career/Life" and she'll be on it.
