Question Legal Eagle - When does this become sedition? My understanding (and I am not a lawyer which is why I am asking) is that this is not treason because they are not seeking or working with foreigners to get rid of the existing government. However as far as I know its is either sedition or getting very close to sedition. They are attacking and undermining an institution of the existing government - which is (to my understanding) sedition. You're the lawyer can you clarify this?
