  5.  @Red-k7g6m  I think what they are saying is: "Trump thinks he can amend the constitution or at least just ignore it or step around it." And so far Trump has good reasons to believe he can get away with it BECAUSE SO FAR HE HAS GOT AWAY WITH STUFF that would have got him executed in many countries.
