  1. I'm an Australian engineer. I did my degree in America (aerospace) and for the many year s worked across Australia's manufacturing sector doing control systems, automation and robotics. You have just described the majority of manufacturing companies in Australia. Its why so many manufacturing companies across North America, Australia and parts of Europe have failed. Idiots with degrees in economics thinking they actually know how to run companies being in charge and cutting costs at every chance. Look at what happened at Boeing and to a large extent is still happening at Boeing.
