  1. There's a quote that I believe is attributed to Warren Buffet. "When the tide goes out we can all see who's swimming naked." Its his way of explaining that when capital leaves like when people shift their money to safer more secure places we can all see which companies are operating with real profit making activities and/or systems and those that are just clever at PR, marketing and tax evasion.
