The Top 10% who caused the GFC and got bailed out with $4 trillion from Bush and another $4 trillion from Obama and are now over $20 trillion better off. The sooner America deals with the hyper-welfare queens on Wall Street and starts looking after the other 90% of the nation then the rest of the World might start listening to your crap.
