Just so you guys know this is what Peter means between Biden and Trump. Deluded (as in Biden) means "believing something that is not true." Demented (as in Trump) means "behaving wildly and irrationally on account of anger, distress, or excitement." YES I WILL AGREE with all of you that BOTH of them show signs of BOTH those descriptions. But Biden is (by definition) more deluded than demented while Trump is (by definition) more demented than deluded. If you look at how BOTH have behaved over the last couple of years. Biden still believes he's in full control of all his faculties and that's delusion rather than dementia although he occasionally throws out the angry comment. Trump on the other hand is simply demented in the way he responds to any provocation or even implied wrong doing or even implied disloyalty. The way he goes after people with vicious attacks is simply demented. The fact he makes statements like he never slept with a porn star when we all know that he did and expects people to believe it shows that he's also deluded. On a similar but slightly different tack the people who still think that EITHER Biden or Trump is fit to be POTUS are just plain farking crazy.

Don't brag too much my grandfathers sheep dog was also (by these standards) Presidential material. I bet there's a guy in Iowa right now trying to get his favorite pig on the ballot just to see what happens.

I'm Australian and the interesting thing he said about Obama killing of pathways for people to come into the party and rise through the ranks is that its also a major issue in BOTH Australia and Britain. Its more obvious in Britain than in Australia where Boris Johnson simply killed off anybody with functioning braincells that he could. That's how they ended up with Liz "Who needs a brain" Truss as Prime Minister. The only reason Rishi Sunak survived Boris's purges was his money. Here in Australia its less obvious but where it can be seen is with elected officials on the fringe of the main parties at the federal level and away from the executive people at the state level. At the federal level we have some really crap people who only got elected because they were chosen by the party hacks and were in safe seats. At the state level in almost every state other than the people immediately around the Premier (our equivalent to a Governor) the rest of the people are mostly incompetent. When I mean incompetent I really do mean INCOMPETENT. Every time some of them step in front of a microphone its an embarrassment to be an Australian. There is a couple of common factors to all 3 countries - America, Britain & Australia: 1) The insane level of influence of the media and especially the Murdoch family. 2) The insane level of influence of the super rich on government policy AIDED by the Murdoch family and lobbyists. 3) The insane level of influence on government policy and government programs by UN-ELECTED CONSULTANTS.

@Darhan62 Obama started his presidency with a Supermajority. Other than the drone issues. - He failed to get Medicare through. - He failed to deal with the disaster of Iraq and hold certain people accountable. - He failed to get out of Afghanistan. - He continued with the same basic economics of Reagan that set America up for the Trump Presidency. Other than the fact he was a fantastic public speaker and manged to get elected as America's first black POTUS he didn't do that much. Go ask the people of Flint Michigan.

@chriscoyle342 NICE GAS LIGHTING. Peter has said NOTHING about any specific governor so DO NOT go and start cherry picking specific governors and equating it to what he means. Especially when he's talking about governors who show some form of brain function and De Sanctimonious is very, very short on brain function as you point out.
