Remember that blackout in 2003 that put 55 million Americans and Canadians in the dark? Look where it appears on the list. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_major_power_outages That was just from a main power line fault that was mishandled. Because of events like that most sensible countries know they have vulnerabilities they just like talking about it. Other key infrastructure that's reasonably vulnerable is gas, water & sewerage. But then who bothers to listen to engineers anyway.
