What 's Biden's doing is NOT getting in the road. Sometimes the best leader or manager just gets out of the road and is lucky enough to have the right people in the right places getting stuff done. Forget why, because its less important that he's NOT in the road. This is one of Elon Musk's major problems, he such an attention seeker he can't help but be in the center. I'm an aerospace engineer and unlike many I think SpaceX has been incredibly successful. Especially when the success of the Falcon series of rockets are compared to what others have done in the same time period. But Starship is a disaster in similar fashion to Hyperloop, Suncity, Teslabot,... its just not obvious yet. I think the reason why SpaceX has been good is that its so technical he couldn't interfere. Starship is his answer to the geeks. I think the reason Tesla's are good cars is the whole process is so massive he can't interfere and there's a board who have some control over him. But his other crap like Hyperloop, Suncity, Teslabot and Starship are jokes.
