  1. WHY IS ANYONE SURPRISED. Look at the people who he is talking to. Its the Federalist Society. This is a group that at its core DOES NOT BELIEVE in DEMOCRACY. At its core it believes they they the true protectors of the the constitution and they alone should appoint all of the Judges in America including SCOTUS. They started at Harvard and Yale and 14 of the last 18 SCOTUS Judges are from Harvard (10) and Yale (4). Look at Biden's short list - 5 of 7 are Harvard or Yale. Are there no other Law Schools in America that matter including the others in the Ivy League?
