  1. Sedition absolutely but please stop throwing the word treason around like its confetti. In Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is specifically limited to levying war against the US, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Love'em or hate'em the founding fathers wrote they wrote because the British had used treason and sedition laws to hammer the colonials and they didn't want any future US Government doing what the British had done. Some things suck, but if you want to know what some of the legal issues are there are people like Glenn Kirschner and Legal Eagle here on YT who are qualified and have been explaining what actually can and can't happen. Look on the bright side 13 more days and Trump is gone.
