Yeah but should it be called Death by Stupid or Death by Stupidity. After all Misadventure is a noun in that it names the action the same as stupidity names the action rather than stupid which is an adjective which is descriptive of the action. And do we need to add qualifiers like. Death by Self Inflicted Stupidity Death by Voluntary Stupidity Death by Willful Stupidity Death by Mindless Stupidity Or maybe we need to consider other words that might better describe this. Death by Ignorance Death by Dumbness Death by Mental Illness After all it is important we get legal definitions right. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@Echo81Rumple83 Its what we have in the British legal system (which includes places like Australia, Canada,... etc.) for describing fatal accidents where the dead person voluntarily took risks and there's no other explanation. Eg. A rock climber falls to their death and there's no other factors like equipment failure. A scuba diver drowns because they didn't pay attention to their tank. A pilot does aerobatics they aren't trained to do and crashes. Misadventure 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
