Make certain you use the word "killer" because if you call him a murderer you can get sued. Yeah it sucks, yeah its stupid, but it was way more stupid that the prosecutor didn't do his job.

@misterx6490 Well said. There was a very interesting comparison between his trial and the one in Georgia over the murder of Ahmaud Arbery. In Wisconsin the prosecutor made it a case about race and in Georgia they just went straight on the facts. I also think they made a huge mistake in Wisconsin. They should have just stuck with the most basic facts. He travelled to another state with a gun he wasn't allowed to have. He then acted in a way that scared people enough they tried to take the gun off him and 2 people were killed. The whole world saw the footage of him playing GI Joe and saw how he was talking before the shooting. They should have charged him with man slaughter. Yes that's not as serious as murder but any half reasonable defense lawyer would have negotiated a plea. How would they have defended it. He travelled across a state border with a gun he should not have had and 2 people died as the result of him creating the circumstances. PLUS everyone involved in creating that circumstance - his mother, sister, sister's boyfriend and all the people in the car he travelled there in should have also been charged with some form of criminal negligence charge that involved prison time.

@lTheShieldl I'd herd the gun was his sisters boyfriends. I checked the account on Wikipedia and your right the gun was bought in Wisconsin by another person (Dominic Black) for Kyle Rittenhouse because Rittenhouse was too young. In any other jurisdiction on the planet that's an offense. Its like buying alcohol for minors. Anyway its looked at he should not have had that gun, should not have been playing GI Joe, 2 innocent people should still be alive and Kyle Rittenhouse should be in jail.

@Ridingrules10000 BASIC FACTS A 17 year old clown with a gun killed 2 people and an idiotic system said yeah THAT'S OK. Another 18 year old with the same model of gun just killed 19 children and 2 teachers and according to the same idiotic system THAT'S OK.
