@georgedragich6056 Oh yeah when you have a group: - lead by a charismatic leader; - that the group believes is infallible; - that everything the leader says is the absolute truth no matter how absurd - when they follow the leaders directives irrespective of the law; - when they refuse to acknowledge the leader has done anything wrong irrespective of facts. There's a word for describing that group and that word is "cult"

@georgedragich6056 A couple of weeks back I saw British Comedian Tom Hardy who plays the spoof journalist Jonathan Pie do an interview where he said you have to take the time to listen to the other side or you will never understand their issues or how they see them. So I listened to a Dave Rubin podcast were he hosted 3 others for a discussion panel. I even watched it twice to check what they were saying. One of them made a really good point. He said when they yell at us "your fascists" it doesn't help anything. And he was right. there's nothing to be gained when 2 sides just scream at each other. So don't tell me I haven't listened to your side. My question back would have been: "How does screaming socialism at people help anyone?" or it might have been "How does screaming about teaching CRT at a local school board meeting when CRT is NOT taught in any high school anywhere in the world help anyone?" or it might have been "How does storming the capital building to prevent the lawful duty of legally elected officials doing their constitutional duty help anyone?"

HERE's 3 Things trump got RIGHT. 1) He didn't start a NEW war. he might not have finished the old ones but he didn't start any new ones and people like Bolton wanted a war with Iran. 2) He tore up NAFTA. He did it ugly and stupid but NAFTA was hurting Americans and it need to be replaced. 3) He absolutely proved beyond all doubt that when establishments get LAZY then outsiders can win AND that is something the entire world can thank him for. HERE'S 3 things Biden got WRONG 1) He ran in the first place. He was never going to solve America's big problems. 2) He's let the corporate Democrats have too much say. His transition team included people from Goldman Sachs and Blackrock. 3) He didn't lock up Hunter soon enough. Have you noticed how Hunter hasn't been seen since the paintings fiasco? Daddy had is train wreck drug addict son locked away somewhere very secure he just didn't do it soon enough. HERE's something Biden got RIGHT that Trump totally FAILED at: He got American TF out of Afghanistan. Yeah it was ugly but he got America out of that catastrophe. Here's Trumps worst act: Trump divided the American people and sadly Joe Biden is NOT the solution to that. Bottom line is they both have done good and bad. Its just the Trump is a lot worse than Biden.

The next question you and every other American who agrees with your statement should ask is: How bad was Hillary Clinton and how bad are the Democrats that they lost to Trump in the first place? 5 years after that debacle Hilary Clinton was still whining about how Bernie Sanders cost her the election. Maybe people should be asking not only WHY 63 million people thought Trump was a good idea in 2016 but an extra 11 million thought he should get another 4 years in 2020. Because if he was so bad as so many claim where did those extra 11 million come from? And instead of just calling them stupid ASK WHY? The Democrats and all their supporters need to start being a lot more honest about themselves. They can start with some thing things like: How was Trump even a viable candidate in the first place? How did people in Georgia and Colorado not have better options than Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Greene? How are people like Kari Lake and Herschel Walker viable candidates right now? Do you realise that when your lunch option is a bullshit sandwich or a horseshit sandwich that either way your still being asked to eat shit and pay for it.

@stevenj9970 I'd correct that to "never underestimate how stupid humanity is." Right at this moment Americans might be ranked number 1 but Russia, China and Europe are pressing hard for the top spot. The Brits were right there as serious challengers but Liz Truss's implosion took them out of contention. Lets not forget this years COP 27 has tried to rewrite the concept that big committees don't ever work. I heard yesterday there were 30,000 delegates attending.
