  1. There's some bullshit in calling him the "highest rating" because its highest rated on Fox BUSINESS not Fox and he got about 1/10th of people like Tucker Carlson do on the main Fox channel. So don't anyone read too much into "highest rated." Sure he's named in the legal documents and its great to see someone like him get cancelled but he's no where near that important.
