I'd add a small clarification to that. She might be the worst liar this year who's last name isn't Trump or Putin.

@originalpunkSxE I can't see Ronald's comment at the moment (YouTube?????). Your right up to a point. Glenn Kirschner who runs a YT channel and was both a JAG and Federal Prosecutor has explained the US conspiracy laws numerous times over the past year because of Jan 6th 2021. He's pointed out that a criminal conspiracy requires 2 specific things, 1) 2 (or more) parties organizing to commit a crime and 2) an overt act. He's pointed out several times that if a 3rd party comes into that group it doesn't matter what they do or don't do they can IF THE PROSECUTOR CHOOSES be held accountable for anything that happens. Like in a bank robbery if the get away driver steals the car then everyone can be charged with car theft. He's pointed out that it doesn't get used a lot because its harder to explain to and convince a jury. Its why most people don't understand that its there. Most of the time its simply easier to charge each individual with their specific crimes. He's pretty good at explaining that sort of stuff. The other good explainer of legal stuff is Legal Eagle.

@whyamimrpink78 We'll all do that soon as the January 6th rioters AND THEIR ORGANIZERS are dealt with.

How many American crime dramas or movies have shown that under American Law that if you participate in ANY WAY in the organization and/or process of a crime then you can be held accountable for ANYTHING that happens during the crime. The classic example is the get away driver. If someone in the bank suffers a heart attack and dies EVEN though the driver never set foot in the bank or held a gun or touched anyone they still go down for felony murder. American Law has many flaws (like all other systems) but it does have some good things too.
