  1. This is PART of the biggest issue in the world right now, because its PART of the international banking system. The staggering amount of money that the wealthy are hiding in tax havens only happens because all of the banks shift the money. What America doesn't realise is that 2 of the biggest tax havens in the world are Delaware and Idaho. The British have over a dozen small island states (like the Cayman's) that are all tax havens. Then there's the European microstates like Monaco and Liechtenstein. Most of what we have right now has come because NOBODY wants to deal with the big banks or the big auditing companies that sign off on all this stuff. There's a PBS Frontline on the 2008 GFC and Lanny Breuer the assistant AG to Eric Holder brags about prosecuting over 3,000 people. But when he's asked about the CEOs he simple says they chose not to on economic reasons. YEAH NOT LEGAL reasons but economic reasons. Its not an American thing either here in Australia we had a Royal Commission in our banks and they found enough stuff we should have needed to build a whole new prison and not a single person was charged let alone prosecuted with anything. Just recently a story started to emerge that the banks are at it again except this time the problem is much bigger than in 2007-08.
