  1. Its actually worse than that. I did aerospace engineering and followed that with post grad research. That's far from making me an expert in this subject but it does give me a head start on sorting through some of it. Like asking pertinent questions so that in the general discussion others can follow what's being said even if they miss the finer points. What annoys the crap out me is that Rand Paul with his background should be able to ask better than most people. Even if his qualifications are in another medical area he SHOULD be asking pertinent questions instead of starting arguments. Worst of all these are arguments that wont solve anything.
