  1. It has been suggested numerous times that he can be re-called to active duty and court martialed for sedition and conduct unbecoming. What he's doing isn't treason because America has a very narrowly defined law for treason. In many other countries it probably would be treason but not America. In a US civilian court it wouldn't even be sedition because again America has an unusual definition plus the 1st Amendment. The EXCEPTION is for military personnel because they all come under the UCMJ where sedition is clearly defined and the 1st Amendment does not come into play. I'm not a lawyer but people like Glenn Kirshner and Legal Eagle explained that stuff last year.

  2.  @geoffpriestley7001  If you actually look into it you'll find that the American people hold their vets in the highest regard. I'm Australian but went to college in America. Here in Oz we hold our vets in high regard but in America, among the general population, they take it up a level. However at the Federal Government level, (and its both the Dems sand GOP) there is a very simple policy: What's the minimum we can do for vets SO that the American people wont hate us so much they riot. I'm not a vet but have worked with Australian vets and our government doesn't treat our vets very well either at times.
