I remember a time when America lead the world in technology, innovation and a few other things EDUCATED NATIONS did. I'm Australian and we used be marvelled at NASA and other stuff Americans did. There was a time when almost every week we got some new amazing thing out of America. We thought electing Reagan was a bit crazy. We thought he had no brains, but we were wrong he had Alzheimer's. Now we're wondering WTF drugs is America on now, because Reagan sounds like a genius compared to this lot.

You forget that the drugs she's on must cost a fortune. They are so good she doesn't have red eye's, or sniffles, or any of the other usual symptoms. That means she's on the "good stuff!" You know the "stuff" us normal people can't get.

@axetune WHAT?????? In what way do you think any Americans trying to turn America into a version of Australia? If its a functioning health care system - yeah I can see that. In fact I think ours might be one of the few that might work in America. But yeah I know there are Americans who wouldn't want it. If its a functioning education system - yeah ours still works but its slowly becoming Americanised, especially at the Collegiate level where we now spit our clods with certificates and nothing much between their ears. Yeah I know there are some "Muricans hoo dink theer reedin an riten is stil da best." If its politics - no way its our lot who are copying America with gusto. We are almost at election day here and all I have seen are adds that are best described as "Look what they'll do." On substance we have 2 sides and if there is a single molecule of substance on either side its a very sad and lonely molecule. You might like this one. After the last British election in 2019 I asked a Brit why British Labour had run a campaign similar to Australian Labour's losing campaign that had aspects of Hilary's losing campaign. They told me that the Brits like Australian Labour had employed some of the same campaign staff. Yeah according to what I got told there were people who helped lose 3 major elections in 3 countries in a row.

@axetune Vaccine mandates were stupid from the start. One of the top experts in the field of pandemic response Dr. Michael Osterholm publicly told everyone they have never worked anywhere they have been tried. All vaccine mandates ever do is upset people.
