Look on the bright side they have a document (a real document) that details THEIR PLAN to subvert the constitution. So for any of these charges of "seditious conspiracy" here's solid evidence there was a plan. As several lawyers have explained for a conspiracy to exist there needs to be 2 or more parties AND and overt act. It might be arguable but it might just be that writing this down and SENDING it as an order or directive to one of the parties or a third party constitutes an "overt act." I'm no lawyer but I look forward to the explanations of this. Put it this way if this was done in ALMOST ANY other country except America (with its 1st Amendment and narrow definitions of sedition and treason) these people would already be in jail. In more than a few places they would already be dead.

@leightonemitchellify I am hoping that he's got his people dotting every "i" and crossing every "t" so that slippery orange clown doesn't slip by a third time. Lets not forget that 74million voted for him and the only way they MIGHT accept it is if the evidence is so overwhelming that they have to accept it. That's not going to be easy considering how little they can grasp facts now. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️
