  1. Trying to be reasonable. I think he's still suffering from the after effects of his drug issue. If you go back a few years and watch any of his psychology lectures he WAS (past tense) a pretty good lecturer. But I will also say he got way outside his area of expertise at times. Since David mentioned climate change there's a famous interaction he had at Cambridge Union with a really pompous clown back in 2018. Yeah sure the person asking was a complete pompous clown but I'm an engineer and most of his answer was techno-garbage. He crapped on about economics with Bjorn Lomborg who's one of the worst of the worst idiots in the world. He starts off with "I'm more optimistic" before delivering this depressing load of stuff that's mostly about economics and almost nothing on science.
