Its not treason as that has a very narrow definition in American law. Sedition is another matter and even that isn't needed. Those rioters broke so many laws that it will be easy to charge them. Trump and others are best pursued via impeachment because pardons do NOT apply to people found guilty via impeachment. So if Giuliani, Jared, Ivanka and others are impeached then Donnies pardons mean nothing.

@grobozo You right and its about time people started thinking that way. How does America deal with 74million most of whom think they got cheated, have lots of guns and been stockpiling ammunition for months. A few things for certain: 1: Joe Biden needs to STOP hiring clowns from Goldman Sachs and McKinsey, 2 of the biggest contributors to the disenfranchisement, that lead to Trump in the first place. 2: The DNC needs to start listening to people who live outside the Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard and Wall Street. 3: The DNC needs to start hiring people from outside the Ivy League. 4: The American People need to tell the Federalist Society (that was set up at Yale) to F--K OFF and let others have some say in SCOTUS.

@BigDG80 Wrong City for that. You have to go to to one of those horrible west coast hippie places where there is so little police coverage they need to send in people who really know how to deny people their rights. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't those clowns violate the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 10th Amendments. I think they should try harder in future that only got 50% of the bill of rights. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️
