  1. That's actually one of the few sensible rational comments in this. The initial claims that it was a bio-weapon were totally idiotic and there has never been any evidence that it was ever a weapon. But a lot of evidence has turned up that shows the possibility of a lab leak is very real. The problem is the media and politicians have made a mess of the public discussion making it very hard to know what's fact and what's not. The fact that the Chinese openly published their research is absolutely conclusive that it wasn't a weapon. Nobody develops weapons and the tells the world how they did it - that's simply idiotic. Dr. Michael Osterholm (the director of CIDRAP) did a great analysis of this mess and how the media has handled it in a recent podcast. What they show in that documentary is that there is division among virologists over what research is safe to do. They highlight the hyper deadly variant of H5N1 Avian flu that came out of a lab in 2011.   3.  @zogar8526  Did you even listen to what Michael Osterholm said? If you haven't then do so. He's one of the experts David should have interviewed months ago and kept on interviewing him regularly for update. On the lab leak there is a huge amount of facts and circumstances that make it highly probable. 1: The Chinese were working on making the Bat versions they had more transmissible to humans. That's irrefutable. 2: Anybody who had ever done postgraduate research (and I have in engineering) knows that those types of labs are full of people doing their masters & PhDs or postdoc and they are in their mid 20s to early 30s and they are the ideal carriers of COVID as we learned. 3: It appeared suddenly already adapted to humans and so far there's been zero evidence of a population of animals or humans outside the lab who already had it. 4: If all the versions the Chinese were researching had nothing to do with this particular virus then fine BUT they knew what it was and to lockdown ASAP. YOU ARE RIGHT none of that conclusively says lab leak, but just stop saying there's no evidence because that's bullshit.
