  1. There's a really important point David brings up here which is Joe Biden's avoidance of getting into a verbal slanging match with Trump. That's prevented Biden being dragged down to Trumps gutter level and its driving Trump insane. Its also forcing people to see what David said right at the end - "Joe Biden spends 9/11 being president. Trump spends 9/11 complaining about Joe Biden." It wont matter if Biden runs or not next year. What he's doing now is leaving Trump with nothing but to blast away with hot air and possibly an aneurysm.
