If Americans believe in democracy its a no brainer. Did or did not the American people introduce POTUS as "Leader of the Free World" and the "Champion of Democracy" for the entire cold war and afterwards? Funny how America fought Wars in Korea and Vietnam and other places in the "Name of Democracy" and yet have denied democracy to Puerto Rico the entire time AND STILL DO. Maybe the rest of the world should put sanctions on America unless they give Puerto Rico FULL democratic representation.

@mrm7058 Many places have issues with Gerrymandering. Its not an American issue its done all over the Western World. Most of the political issues America has right now are being played out everywhere else. Its just that America has its issues fueled on a combination of crack cocaine and self righteousness all dip coated in media madness. I'm Australian but went to college in America and it infuriates me to watch such an great nation be ripped apart the way it is right now. BUT when I turn around I see the same sort of shite happening here its just not as rabid yet. We have some world class garbage politicians. Not many of them but the ones we've got are on par with anyone else's. Go look up Pauline Hanson or Craig Kelly or Clive Palmer. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️
