If there was every a list of things to do with controlling a population with mob psychology one of the things right near the top of that list would be: "Keep the mob agitated with emotional issues like they got cheated or they are being victimised or its that groups fault.."

And then proceeds in the first 40 seconds to explain that she has NOT WON. All the judge did was allow her to see the ballots which is her right which he also explains.
