The one thing EVERYONE should know about the Bible is that it warned against FALSE PROPHETS. It warned about them again and again and ALSO explained how to identify them. Go have a read of Matthew chapter 7. Its the last of 3 chapters that cover the Sermon on the Mount. Chapter 7 is entirely about WARNING of and IDENTIFYING false prophets.

@garufia I absolutely agree. So many of them are so far gone its hard to see a way back for them, BUT for those who aren't that far gone or want off the crazy train making them see something they can't refute might just save a few. Its what makes knowing about Matthew 7 so important for people on the outside. Its one of those things people on the inside can't easily dismiss. Its not one of the Apostles or other people saying something. Its actually Jesus himself WARNING against false prophets and specifically people like Trump and these religious leaders who fawn over him. I'd like to think that deep down a lot of these people know Trump is a fraud and they are just lashing out at the political class, which is totally understandable. They just need a decent reason to get out. If you have ever seen any of the documentaries on Jonestown then you'll know a lot of people wanted out of that place but just couldn't find a way. So if you ask them to explain how Trump's NOT the type of person Jesus warned about then 1 of 2 things will happen. They'll dismiss you in which case they really are gone OR you just might get someone out of Trump's cult and I hope you see that as a good thing.

@stanogrady893 Good then tell other people, because the more people who know that they can actually use to Bible to get these people (or hopefully some of them) to see Trump for the fraud that he is then we are all better off.
