YES but its only going to take 1 blind and def Trump lover to scuttle one of the court cases. They have to get 12 people with open eyes and open ears and functioning brains on those juries and in America these days THAT'S NOT EASY. Its NOT a majority vote in a jury room its 12 out of 12. 7 isn't good enough. 8 isn't good enough or 9 or 10 or 11.

@hotmetalslugs Yeah sort of maybe. You can and can't really apply percentages to criminal trials. I'm an engineer not a lawyer but I once had a lawyer explain a very simple fact about the difference between criminal and civil law. Criminal law is absolute black versus white in that you are found through a trial either guilty or not there's nothing in between even though at times people think there is. Civil law is shades of grey where they try and assess to what degree you are responsible. Look at the OJ Simpson cases. In the criminal case he was found NOT guilty and that was absolute. He wasn't found partly or mostly or sort of responsible BUT in the civil trial that followed he was found to be PARTLY responsible and in a very large financial way. This is where I think Trump and his cronies are making huge mistakes. They have gotten use to handling civil law. Trumps been sued 100s of times but that was all civil law and this is criminal law. There's no judgement on how much Trump will have to pay its a judgement on TIME and where he'll spend it.

@hotmetalslugs The need to have the Al Capone mentality. It doesn't matter what the charge is anymore just that they get him on at least one send him to jail. Not home detention but actual jail. Anything else is a disaster and quite likely spells the end of America as we know it.

In almost any other country EXCEPT AMERICA, Trump and company would already have been charged, tried, convicted and started lengthy prison terms. Look at what Putin does to his competitors. In many countries Trump and the core conspirators would ALREADY have been executed. Look at what the Saudis and Chinese have done in recent years.
