I think that's a pretty accurate description of what's happening. What other explanation could there be. There was a moment where she looked like a potential Sec State. She was going difficult places and dealing face to face with difficult people. One of the real tasks Sec State has is to go to places and calm things down not wind them up as this current clown has been doing for weeks. About the only excuse anybody might (and its a very small might) give her is the DNC are so inept she felt going this way helps irrespective its actually worse.
