As human beings we should all feel embarrassed by this. Nobody needs to be of any faith, belief, ideology or race to be embarrassed by this, because this is embarrassing for our species. Hypothetically it doesn't matter if you believe in God (or Gods) or evolution we are not alone in the universe. If you believe in God (or Gods) then there's God or the gods, angels, demons, cherubs, seraphs, etc. and we aren't alone. If you believe in evolution then somewhere else there is life. Either way we aren't alone. As to why we don't see or hear from any of the "other's" we share the universe with? That's simple. Look at people like Kenneth Copeland and maybe they just don't want to have anything to do with us. Put it this way if you were God or the Superior intelligent space alien and you were seeing this. Would you want to have anything to do with us or would you be planning on what to do with a dangerous irrational destructive invasive species? Not wanting to talk to us is the good answer. The slightly less bad answer is they will only cull us down to a reasonable number. The really bad answer is they are planning on exterminating us from the universe.

@ItsGulfofMexicoDump Its not just Christians who are gullible its MOST of humanity. Go take any group with any belief system or ideology and you'll find a staggeringly high percentage people who have ZERO understanding of their ideology or beliefs. I'm an aerospace engineer and the amount of garbage that so many people believe about things like terraforming Mars WITHOUT and grasp at all of what that takes. I actually work in industrial automation and mainly do electrical control systems. You'd be amazed at how many people actually know how the electricity in their homes works. Its one of the fun ways I like to embarrass other engineers. I ask them how their house works? They never get it right and yet they all believe in electricity. YES these people are particularly bad, but they are not alone in the competition for who's most ignorant.

Just ask them about that time Jesus said pay your taxes to Caesar? Just ask them if Jesus ever said DON'T LIE. Ask them if Jesus or the Apostles ever warned about false prophets? If your face to face with them don't be mean about it. You wont fix anything arguing. JUST PRESS BASIC FACTS. Sooner or later they have to admit they got conned.
