  1. Yeah, I think you are right. He'll get past this with the same sort of legal doublethink that billionaires always get off with in these situations. they'll blur the whole thing over what the definition of shadow banning versus terms of service violations. I'm not on Twitter, but I remember hearing there's something in the Twitter fine print where they can just deny service without cause or reason. Or something along those lines. Dorsey's lawyers will just argue they weren't shadow banning they were filtering or denying service because of breaches.
