Its not simply a matter of them just believing what's in front of them. Its a matter of NOT hearing anything else. Go and look at the history of almost any country and you'll find all sorts of events where the general population believed in an absurd narrative, because that was the only thing they heard. This is why studying history in school is so incredibly important because it gives people a framework within which to place things. Here's a simple question: How many different parties have gotten people elected as POTUS? What do you think most people might say considering they have only ever heard of the Republican and Democratic parties? Here's another one: Presidents - Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe and John Quincy Adams were all in the same party where they Democrats or Republicans?

@utilid4lifefigureitout602 Kyle Kulinksi just did a vid going over a survey someone did on who are the most trusted news outlets. At the top were the BBC and PBS.

@utilid4lifefigureitout602 Yeah, I find it hard to watch a lot of stuff through to the end these days. Its called condescension or self indulgence and at times self righteousness. I just simply call it "The Media."
