  1. NEWS FLASH: Water flows downhill or it gets pumped or syphoned up hill. It doesn't magically flow to a specific room. My family had a swimming pool so I have been around domestic pools. Maybe not as large as one for Trumps fat butt but they don't typically have set-ups that allow flooding ANYWHERE. The most common time you are discharging from a pool is when you backwash the filters to clean them. That backwash goes to the nearest convenient drain NOT TO A ROOM FULL OF ELECTRONICS.
