  2. Everyone needs to take this story with a bit of skepticism or at least some of the details. The Chechens are Muslims who have been fighting a separatist war AGAINST the Kremlin for decades. These are people that the Kremlin calls terrorists. Chechens were involved in acts of terrorism against Russians like the Moscow Theater and Beslan school. In response the Russians have pounded them for years.
