I think you guys have your definition of bad policing confused with police state. This is bad (really bad policing). A police state is when the police simply come to your door and then take you away to the mass grave. Go check your history on South & Central America, Iran under the Shah, Cambodia, East Germany. Go check Saudi Arabia where they have "religious police" and they can simply drive up and take people. America certainly has serious issues with its police forces but its a long way from being a police state.

That's just such a stupid comment. Fine its bad behavior, bad police practice, bad everything,.....etc. AND HE SHOULD FACE DISCIPLINE. But I bet you can't even confirm if he is married or not or if he's ever hit a woman. Why make such an idiotic comment when we should all stay on topic. This is bad policing - period.

@tomascoppinger8537 There's no doubt he's done the wrong thing, at the very least its an over reaction, but for people to start making stupid assumptions based on a few seconds of footage is simply dumb. But then that's social media - where the ignorant get to claim their expertise.
