What's truly staggering is if put ion that mix Ted Cruz's education and achievements at college. Cruz graduated cum laude (at least top 30%) from Princeton University and magna cum laude (at least top 15%) at Harvard Law School. In 1992 he won the top speaker award at both the 1992 U.S. National Debating Championship and the 1992 North American Debating Championship and finished top 4 at World debating Championship. He's seriously smart which begs the question: WHAT do they have on him to act so stupid?

@dukeblair7792 Yeah but in a hyper-tribal partisan environment facts, common sense, logic, truth and reality just DON'T matter. It might be more obvious in America but its a growing issue around the world. Americans seem to forget (or not realise) that Rupert Murdoch, Silvio Berlusconi and others have been hammering societies across the globe with hyper-tribalism for decades now.

@dukeblair7792 And not just an American thing. Its being done across the entire Western World. I'm Australian but went to college in America. I love the place and its people and hate what's being done. If its bad for America its also usually bad for America's allies, trading partners, friends,.... After the last British election where the British left got smashed I asked a Brit why British Labour had run an almost identical campaign strategy to Australian Labour who had also lost an election the year before. What they told me still stuns me. People involved in Hilary's losing 2016 campaign then went and "helped" Australian Labour's loosing campaign and then went and also "helped " British Labour's loosing campaign. So the same American (& others) campaign strategists (both right and left) are travelling the world these days. DOING the same shite everywhere.

@craiggallagher7292 I agree on all but he should be able to twist a clown like Carlson inside out while asleep. So I'm wondering WHY? His wife works at Goldman Sachs and would be on huge money. So it can't be for money. My bet is he's done something or his wife did something and they hold the key to it. If you or someone else has a better explanation why someone with his abilities gets cucked the way he does - go for it.
