  1. You can also add she has a disdain for truth, reality, honesty, ethics, morals and probably a few other things. Years ago somebody described to me the concept of "High Machiavellians." They're people who take the concept of "The ends justify the means." to an extreme level where things like truth, reality, honesty, ethics, morals and the law just do not matter at all so long as they get what they want. These are people who aren't simply narcissistic or sociopathic. These are people who want what they want (narcissism) and don't care how they get it (sociopathic), but they ramp the volume up to 11.
