  1. Its not a matter of whether he can speak or not. Its a matter of can he understand FACTS and make reasonable decisions. If that were the pass mark for an elected official then at least 1/2 the GOP should resign and the 74 million who thought an extra 4 years of Trump should be banned from voting on anything until such time as they can see reason. Like is is reasonable to believe that an election can be fraudulent when BOTH SIDES have observers in the counting rooms AND (and this rarely gets mentioned) there were several 1000 international observers from dozens of countries also present and none of them reported anything. And to be fair, anyone who ever thought Joe Biden was going to solve America's political and social issues was (and still is) out of their minds. Maybe not as far as Trumpists, but they are below the pass mark.
