Probably can't sue her because she probably has some sort of parliamentary privilege because she's doing it in a hearing, BUT if she shows it out side of that hearing that's another thing.

@ju4408 That's interesting. I wasn't quite certain how it works in America. Here in Australia (as far as I know) so long as parliamentary privilege id declared and what's said or shown IS ONLY inside the house, they're reasonably safe. Its rarely used because it can backfire and backfire badly. Its a while since it happened but we had a politician a few years ago who made the mistake of repeating what she had said inside the house to the media outside and got her ass sued stupid for it. Its meant to be used so that politicians can ask sensitive questions during inquiries without the threat of recrimination. They do have to use it carefully because as I said it can backfire with serious consequences.
