Yeah because politics no longer ahs anything to do with substance. A while back David used the term "toxic sport politics" which I think perfectly describes this era of politics. None of these people care about substance its only about winning a point in the current media cycle. Its why the world is so FKD up right now. Nobody wants to solve any problems or fix anything. The only thing they are interested in is scoring imaginary points. They are like sports fans who are obsessed with stats and ignore who actually wins. Go ask a NASCAR supporter who wins championships they guy with the best car, the guy with the fastest car, the guy with the most powerful engine or the guy who gets to the job done when it matters?
