  1. Everyone should go check what the DECISION of "Roe vs Wade" was BASED ON. It was based around the concept that a person's medical decisions ARE PRIVATE. In simplest terms the court said "the State" cannot stick its nose into your medical decisions unless there was some threat to safety. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roe_v._Wade#Opinion_of_the_Court This was always going to be one of the troublesome things of just dumping "Roe vs Wade" If a persons medical history is NOT protected under the 14th Amendment then what else isn't protected?
