FROM AUSTRALIA and I went to college in America (late 80s). I have more respect for and a better understanding of the US Constitution than Mr. 'ex-federal agent' and many others. For over 3-1/2 years I was surrounded by people fresh out of American high schools who had STUDIED CIVICS. I used to find it embarrassing because of how much they new about America and how it functioned compared to what I knew of my own country. We sort of covered parts of how Australia functions in things like history classes but we never had a specific class that simply focused on "this is how our country functions." Its the one class I would like to see instituted in Australia instead of the haphazard system we've had for decades. IT STUNNED me a couple of years ago to find out that George Bush had defunded it completely. if you go and watch any of dozens of videos on fascism the first thing they always do is downgrade education and start a campaign of anti-intellectualism. Considering we can all see what happens when you have that sort of education built into the system and when its removed its pretty damn obvious what the benefits are. Does anyone with a functioning brain really think Trump, Lake and Bannon would be taken seriously if civics was still taught? Yeah sure there'd be M0R0Ns but there wouldn't be 74 million of them.

@CombatMosquitoTrainer Hell No - Its not take it down but I can see her fans wanting blood. Its just so brutally blunt. Its like one of those monster slam dunks where the other team just wants to walk of the court while their fans go bonkers. Its her fans you need to watch out for.

@CombatMosquitoTrainer That's is the most brutal label I have seen anyone put on any politician for a while. Be careful you might get in trouble for that one.

Is it just me or can you see the day we hear that Steve Bannon stepped out his front door and was attacked with a baseball bat or something worse? He's like that brat in grade school who just wont stop poking and prodding at the quiet kid because he thinks the quiet kid will never do anything. I wonder if he'll be just like that brat who squeals and screams when the quiet kid says they have had enough and smacks the FK out of them.
