  1. Hey Scott, Everyone knows that sooner or later a space tug WILL BE NEEDED. So build one that can bring Hubble back down to the ISS. Get Sierra to build one of those inflatables with a door on one end large enough for Hubble to be brought inside and then refit Hubble INSIDE so astronauts can work freely and test things and get Hubble back to 100% or better. Will this be easy? NO, but nothing in space is easy. Who will pay for it? The USAF, CIA and Space Force because a refit of Hubble would be the dry run for a full refit of there 2 that Scott reported on a couple of years ago. Those 2 that they have pointing down as just as old as Hubble and must surely be have similar problems. So the USAF/CIA/SF has the option deorbit and replace or refit and keep doing what they do.
