  2. 100 miles on a bike in a day is like saying it’s crazy to run a marathon in a day. Today multiple 40yo men can run a marathon at 2hr flat. Which would equal to bicycling a century. But now consider today there is a 40+ yo man who can run 200 miles in UNDER 24hr on FOOT Which equals out to if you biked 1,200 miles. And he used to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. So my sir.
