30 years of technology it better be.

Bolting a bunch of stuff on and tuning the crap out of them Isn’t … ‘leaving it stock’
89
Itwarrior Do u really wanna hear someone spending over $100,000 on a civic
69
That happened to my motor too. But…. I slapped in a used piston And a hone. Set of rings rod bearings and bolts. Got it running the same day. And that’s my daily to this day. That was 2011
43
Lots of excuses. But looks like lots of fun was had. But gears and gasoline production value is what keeps me coming back.
25
Oh so you mean to tell me setting up a car properly makes it better?!?
13
@gnacgnacgnacgnac You’re right I watched a thing where a guy takes a brand new rotory, does compression check. Then floods the oil from the seals with fuel and the compression dropped. Representing how many times these were in the dealers. Was a perfectly fine running engine that got flooded. Then was diagnosed as needing an engine via a compression test.

No, it’s literally gears and gasoline. Top gear was a govt production. This is just some car guys
8
It’s literally not bad Some of my snowflake bruhs here never had REAL rust
6
What a car with a broken engine?
5
You need a break from the internet bro
4
Lee Rey til you have problems with aftermarket parts. Remember he did not do the install. A shop full of experts did
3
Slaps entirely different engine block in….
3
That’s a hell of a lot of wasted fuel😮
3
That’s what she said

In highschool my friends dad had a new rx8 And my 1971 Plymouth valiant 318 2bbl (230crank hp) Could SMOKE that rx8
2
All u have to do is keep the tools in your hands and learning and doing 8-10hr a day for the next 20 years.
2
Sins: Saying Mk4 Gli is “old crappy car” Saying that having an intermittent check engine light is a burden that makes your life hard. I like you guys. Good quality for the most part. But come on those aren’t excusable.
2
You preventatively replaced transmission bearings but don’t pull the engine oil pan. Priority bruh

Vw rabbit pickup with a tdi swap. Saves enough on fuel it’s like getting paid. Just used the mpg to pick up some green flowers from a friend. An drive them thousands of miles to another friend. This rewarded me by 3x what I bought my vw for 13 years ago.
1
I’ve driven a 3k car since 2010😊
1
besides heading the same speech about 1/2 vs 1/4 twice....
1
Having multiple subframes It does not have ‘a frame’ to swap. It’s a body swap
1
This man needs to learn what a turbocharger is lol
1
Assholes push the buttons at the gas station WITH the fuel nozzle
1
It’s not a resto It’s brand new. It’s a brand new car that needed quarter pannel body work. That they are subletting to an actual body shop.
1
Calling it an eagle tallon Is like saying human toenail
1
I’m very surprised they aren’t filling coolant with an air lift.
1
Lol my rabbit pickup Tdi swap does that without trying. Ya it only got 54mpg rating, but that was in a Mk3 - 800lbs more than a rabbit pickup. 60-70mpg And it has 3.5x the torque. Imagine if I added a hybrid system to the rear leaf spring solid axle.
1
lol My 1999 jetta tdi with a chip tune smokes a s2000 off the line. Embarrassing. Yes it revs. Because there’s nothing down low
1
So much wasted money trying to look cool.
1
Car and driver had it handling better than a Ferrari
1
https://youtube.com/shorts/ywpT36WqM94?feature=share My truck vs Tesla
1
Focus at is not a slow car lol My 1.9 tdi vw swapped rabbit pickup has as much torque as you but weighs 1750lbs Or just over half what your car weighs. And my engine got 54mpg in a car that weighs 1500lbs more than mine. Meaning at 75+mpg with twice the torque to weight ratio… You can still learn a thing or two about what light smiles per gallon means
1
You’ll feel silly when it’s exposed how cancerous ‘octane booster’ is….
1
10:00. Surely burning trans fluid in a closed office space day in and out is fineeeeee nothing in there that causes cancer!!
1
9:24 “oil looks clean” Um no. Also. Don’t put your fingers in that. It IS toxic. Your skin absorbed some of that
1
If ‘doing a heck of a job’ Means credit cards and sponsors out of reach for 99.9%

My rabbit pickup Tdi swap gets 70mpg rolling coal at 80mph. Fuel tank holds 15gallons. I get 200miles until the fuel gauge moves. I have 16 ticks. And get avg 100+ miles per tick. Yes it can go way over 1000 miles on the stock tank. I get 10,000 mile oil changes. The engine has 400k miles. Weighs same as the insight. Variable turbo is fun. Suck it. Maybe I should do a video about how a newer car with hybrid tech is not As capable as a 40+yo -American built-half ton pickup With no hybrid bs Or gasoline evaporating
1
@wghats the rabbit pickup was actually conceived, and 100% built in the USA! The Germans did shut the factory down eventually due to quality control. But not before they kicked every American built vw rabbit pickup out in the road. In South Africa they had them new until 2004 because they really are simpler and better to keep going forever. Swap in a more modern TDI (1998) And then you have 100+ mph cruising speed. And turn a 16sec 0-60 Into a 7s 0-60 lol.

Proper good post

On any care you care about. Find the lowest spots on the floor and drill some holes.
1
If ‘dirt can’t move up’ How did it get into your car.
1
My tdi swapped vw rabbit pickup can drive Cali to Carolina for $250 lol. Even with $5/ gallon
1
Changing your ride height without adjusting tie rods throws your toe wayyy out.
1
I’ve had over 30 cars. Engine swapped at least 10 of them. And I haven’t spent close to what you spent on one car..
1
I think it’s pretty dumb to spend as much as a brand new Subaru.... You could have a golf R with a tune. And have more power with a warranty.
1
Nothing better on a ‘daily driver’ than unavailable parts?🤔
1
My Tdi rabbit gets twice the mileage of both your cars combined.
1
Spend some time in Cali with $7+ gal fuel snd you’ll just get jellier
