  1. You could probably stuff those mushrooms with more than just mushrooms but I like the simplicity of the recipe.

You could probably do a reverse Thanksgiving dinner instead of the stuffing as it were being in the turkey you'd have the turkey in your equivalent of the mushroom loaves with cranberry inside with it and then serve it of course the the loaves would have to be bigger but of course that goes without saying considering what you'd be stuffing them with.
