  1. I don't always cut the bottoms I sometimes most of the time I have warm them up enough with my hands that I can flatten it so that there is no need to cut it. But that's just me I don't like wasting anything.

  2. Also you can warm the beeswax candles with your hands by rolling it much like a rolling pin on dough. We could just be that my hands get super hot but I've done all sorts of things including braiding candles using this method it's easy to do with beeswax because it can literally melt in your hands I mean when I say melt it's a relative term I mean it gets soft to the point where you can literally mold it in your hands, or maybe it's just I've got very hot hands when I do this... I used to do it a lot before I became what is called a incomplete quadriplegic.
