  1. Personally I take all the alphabet letters and make 27 piles starting by the letter. Some piles gonna be really mall like the X Z K and other letters, you can sort them immediately Some other gonna be big like the E with maybe 100 to 120 books Some medium. Of 50 or less If the letter is too big take a middle alphabet letter and place a half before and a half after Until you have small groups of 20 books Then just sort the packs of books that’s really quick And just put the 27 piles of books back one one line. Done
